- Who owns the site, the data and the customer list if you move
Questions to ask a vendor

- How does the site get stock and prices from our POS or ERP, and how often?
- What is covered by the monthly fee and what is billed by the hour?
- Can we export everything, including products, customers and orders?
- Who fixes things when the site is slow or down?
How pricing usually works
