For hotels, healthcare, senior living, multifamily, offices, schools and government

Invite the trade to bid on your project, and compare the answers side by side.

Describe the scope and the quantities, pick the standards you require, and send the invitation to every signed-in member or only the companies you choose. Free for project buyers.

Your invitation is never public, and bidders never see each other.

    What a project buyer checks

Rule dates and duty changes that touch furniture for a property, each from its official source.

    What stays private

A project is commercial information. The rules keep it between you and the bidders you let in.

    • Your project invitation

You post it to signed-in members or only to the companies you invite. It is never public and never anonymous.

    • The bids you receive

Bidders never see each other's bids.

    What you can do today

Look at the makers and the standards first, then post the invitation.

    1. Post a project bid

Bids are posted from your company page. Choose the sector, the scope from case goods to full FF&E, the quantity lines and a due date. Makers and vendors answer with a lead time, a price note and a message. No money moves and no contract is signed through FurniHub.

    2. Compare the bids that arrive

See lead times, price notes and the test-report summaries a maker attached, side by side. Shortlist one and the conversation opens.

    3. Require the standards your sector asks for

Requirement chips map to published standards, each with its source. A chip means you ask for it, not that the law requires it. The rules and their dates are open to read.

    4. Ask for a quote without a full project

Post a quote request for a few items. Verified makers, vendors and reps answer, and you choose whether your name and budget show.

    5. Watch the duties on imported furniture

Dated tariff changes in plain words, each with its official notice, so a delivery date does not hide a duty change.
