    Terms of Service

    Please read these terms carefully before using FURNIHUB.

    1. Acceptance of Terms

    By accessing or using FURNIHUB ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, you may not access or use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

    2. Description of Services

    FURNIHUB provides a platform for furniture industry professionals including:

    • A directory of furniture industry companies and professionals
    • A rep marketplace connecting manufacturers with sales representatives
    • Messaging and networking capabilities
    • Educational resources and industry news
    • Community features and discussions

    3. User Accounts

    When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.

    You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party.

    4. Subscription and Payment

    Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis ("Billing Cycle"). Billing cycles are set based on the type of subscription plan you select when purchasing a Subscription.

    At the end of each Billing Cycle, your Subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it or FURNIHUB cancels it. You may cancel your Subscription renewal through your online account management page or by contacting our customer support team.

    A valid payment method, including credit card, is required to process the payment for your Subscription. You shall provide FURNIHUB with accurate and complete billing information.

    5. Free Trial

    FURNIHUB may, at its sole discretion, offer a Subscription with a free trial for a limited period of time ("Free Trial"). You may be required to enter your billing information in order to sign up for the Free Trial. If you do enter your billing information when signing up for a Free Trial, you will not be charged until the Free Trial has expired. At the end of the Free Trial period, your Subscription will automatically renew and you will be charged unless you cancel before the end of the Free Trial period.

    6. User Conduct

    You agree not to use the Service to:

    • Violate any laws, regulations, or third-party rights
    • Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content
    • Harass, abuse, or harm other users
    • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
    • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service
    • Use automated systems or software to extract data from the Service ("scraping")
    • Impersonate any person or entity

    7. Intellectual Property

    The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of FURNIHUB and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of FURNIHUB.

    8. Termination

    We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

    Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or contact us to request account deletion.

    9. Limitation of Liability

    In no event shall FURNIHUB, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

    10. Disclaimer

    Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.

    11. Changes to Terms

    We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
