Question 1

What is FurniHub?

Accepted Answer

FurniHub is the network for the furniture trade. It brings retailers and their sales teams, reps, manufacturers, designers and vendors together with a feed of approved recall, duty-change and filing cards, free tools, a directory, a vendor and software guide, jobs, events, quote requests and messaging.

Question 2

Who is FurniHub for?

Accepted Answer

Anyone in the furniture industry: Retailers (independent stores, regional chains, multi-location operators, and the managers, buyers and sales associates who work in them), Reps (independent sales reps and agencies), Manufacturers (furniture brands, makers and importers), Vendors & Service Providers (software companies, agencies, consultants), and designers and trade associations.

Question 3

How much does FurniHub cost?

Accepted Answer

Retailers, sales associates and sales reps are free. Manufacturers and vendors have one paid plan, Pro, and Pro is free during the beta for verified manufacturers and vendors until Jan 28, 2027. See the pricing page for details.

Question 4

Is FurniHub a buying group?

Accepted Answer

No. Buying groups focus on collective purchasing power. FurniHub focuses on sourced news, free tools, the directory and connections across the trade. It complements buying groups — it doesn't replace them.

Question 5

Is this just another Facebook group?

Accepted Answer

No. Facebook groups are noisy and unorganized. FurniHub is members-only for posting and messaging (sign-in required), with a verification step before members can post, message or review, a searchable directory, sourced news and tools, and a vendor and software guide.

Question 6

How is FurniHub different from trade associations like HFA?

Accepted Answer

Trade associations focus on advocacy, insurance, and industry representation. FurniHub focuses on sourced news, tools, the directory and connections between the people in the trade. Many members will belong to both — they serve different purposes.
