What the rule says
Since January 1, 2025, Minnesota bars selling, offering or distributing upholstered furniture and textile furnishings (and carpets and rugs, cleaning products, cookware, cosmetics, dental floss, fabric treatments, juvenile products, menstruation products and ski wax) that contain intentionally added PFAS, except PFAS used only in electronic or internal components.
